Director's Statement
The Moirai were the white-robed incarnations of destiny who controlled the metaphorical thread of life of every mortal from birth to death. In this film we reinterpret this metaphor to describe quantum phenomena. We each have a role in the greater whole, and our fates are woven together with countless others. This film is the third in a series of films using intuitively derived design metaphors to explain quantum theories. Southeast Asian fabrics served as the film’s primary inspiration.
