In Hiroshima, two students give an odd American tourist a tour of their city. A prominent researcher investigates a mysterious light in Hiroshima’s night sky. A schoolboy dreams of a girl who takes him to Hiroshima of old.  Mysterious stories from Hiroshima's past and present intersect and eventually become one.  An old, long forgotten song for peace is heard once again.
