Against the backdrop of buzzing bees and vibrant blooms, HIVE provides a touching portrait of Hank's love for his winged companions, showcasing his dedication to sustainability and the sweet alchemy of spinning honey.

Director's Statement

Directing and editing HIVE has been an incredible and demanding experience. As my first documentary short film, my aim was to present a story that allowed for complete immersion and a structured narrative that leaves audiences eager to discover more.
