An ex-cowboy, war vet with mild PTSD and socializing issues picks up a hitchhiking singer/songwriter dealing with trust/abuse issues. He cares for her and exposes a simpler life, which soon exposes their inner demons. They find commonalities in themselves that develop into a relationship.

Director's Statement

Relationships can be messy. When two people are forced to live together, they find boundaries strained and comfort zones invaded. But, as adjustments are made, a relationship can form, and be stronger because of that foundation.
